Rude pharmacist! Worst customer service I experienced in a long time. She made us wait while she served every customer in the shop. Told us we weren’t customers because we wanted signatures and the $2.50 she was charging goes to charity and she doesn’t make any money off signing a piece of paper and therefore we were her lowest priority. We spent $90 prior to this. We won’t be coming back here and urge you to spend your money elsewhere.

The team have gone above and beyond to take great care of me while I go through some horrible health problems. Negative reviewers have unreasonable expectations and lack of understanding of how pharmacy services work and the sound like entitled boomers. The entire team at Terry White ChemMart Karrinyup have been very supportive, validating, understanding, kind, friendly, and relatable on a consistent basis every time I deal with them, sometimes more than once a week, for the last 4 months. My eternal thanks to the team.

On Saturday morning, The lady behind the counter had not heard of Lemsip “tablets” in her life before and was less than useful. I think she was rude, had a bit of attitude and was absolutely useless.

The staff here are so kind and helpful whenever I come in looking for something. The give advice about the different options and the best products for the job.

Asked for price match, but the pharmacist didn't have good customer service! She is rude! She even said, no way" when I mentioned the price either $15.99 or 16.99 from another chemist. The item price is $17.99. I was surprised with her manner as I thought TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacists have (at least) good customer service

Anthony the Pharmacist is the best! Very skillful in administering the Covid vaccine, so gentle and take the time! Excellent care received!
